I've had nightmares almost daily all my life but they have become more frequent (and more bizarre) since Summer of 95. This is about my nightly struggle to get a good night's sleep.

Dark side spirits invade my room
At night when I lay in bed

Black shadows haunt me in my sleep
With the mysteries they uphold
I hear my own screams but I can’t wake up
As I fall in a deep black hole
